Invisalign
Dr. Joseph Rajabi, DDS is proud to offer Invisalign®. Invisalign® is a wonderful, modern alternative treatment to braces. You can straighten your teeth without installing metal in your mouth. Instead, we use plastic trays (also known as aligners) to move your teeth back into place. Each aligner is custom made to fit your mouth so you don’t have to worry about mouth irritation or anything else that traditional braces can cause.
Since the aligners are removable, they are easier to keep clean. You can also continue to brush and floss your teeth without trying to avoid harming your braces.
Invisalign® is also popular because the aligners are clear, so most people don’t even know you are wearing anything unless you tell them.

Conventional Braces
We use braces to treat many dental irregularities such as overcrowded teeth, malocclusions (bad bites), and much more. We also work to relieve the jaw pain of those who suffer from TMD, which is caused when the jaw is out of line.
Most often we use the traditional metal and wire braces, also known as fixed “tram track” braces.
The point of braces is to move your teeth into the correct position. We also use braces to move teeth that are crooked or pointed in the wrong direction. Braces are also good at filling in gaps that may be between your teeth.
While we can use braces to fix many problems, the most common issue we fix is a malocclusion. Bad bites have many causes, like overuse of a pacifier or thumb sucking, which can push out teeth.
You may have overcrowding if your mouth has too many teeth. However, some people don’t have enough teeth. Braces can help space out crowded teeth and close gapped teeth.
There are many benefits to be gained from wearing braces. They will correct any misalignment, which will help increase your confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, straighter teeth can lead to better oral health. We believe that you deserve a dazzling smile that you are proud of, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you achieve your desired results.

Retainers
After you have worn your braces for the appropriate amount of time, we move into the retention stage of your treatment. It is very important not to skip this step or all of your hard work will not pay off as you had hoped. Your teeth may move back instead of staying in place.
During retention, you will have to wear retainers as your teeth adjust to staying in their new place without braces. You should wear your retainers as recommended by your dentist. Some can be worn only at night, while others need to be worn almost all of the time.
- Regular Removable Retainers
